About 

​The American University Women's Volleyball Club, founded in the fall of 2007, is a student-run organization focused on developing volleyball skills and competing in organized games. The club is sponsored by the Department of Athletics and Recreation at American University.  The team welcomes players of all abilities; members range from beginners to high school varsity and club athletes. As a club, we work to maximize individuals' athletic abilities, teach the fundamentals of volleyball, and compete against other collegiate clubs in the area.
